We provide standard services grouped together in the Maintenance Plus. service programme for the small and medium-sized business segment. This programme of services is available for the ASP version of the system used or for a purchased licence (installation on the customer's own media).

We also offer a service programme that is made-to-measure for your company. Make effective use of the services you actually need.

New version of the system
You will always receive the latest version of the system throughout the period of your contract (a minimum of once a year), as well as hotfixes and patches.

Critical defects are handled within 10 working days of reporting to the Bellman Group HelpDesk. Other defects are handled according to specification by the producer. (Solutions to problems provided in the form of supplies of hotfixes, which the customer installs according to the instructions.)

Price 15 % of the value of the licence* included in the price of ASP

* The price is calculated from the standard value of the licence of the current version of the application on the date of invoicing for the service. Invoicing for the service is carried out at regular intervals (annually).

Support in putting the system into operation

We will help you install the new system at your company. Support during application installation includes a package of services to successfully set up the system at your company:

  • the analysis and proposal of system configuration, carrying out system configuration;
  • consultation on how to install, preparation of the customer's own systems, etc..;
  • support during pilot operation, including a hotline;
  • employee training.

The typical length of the installation process, including week-long pilot operation, is 14 days.

You can acquire this service of support in putting the system into operation at the same time as you purchase the application itself.
