OrderBook is a supplementary module to TaskPool and helps small and medium-sized businesses in the spheres of information technology, electronics, or other equipment effectively manage orders. Thanks to Internet interfacing, service employees can submit requests for service intervention at any time whatsoever and then deal with these. The customer is informed of the status of the order by e-mail with a link to Internet interfacing.

Clearly-arranged documentation of an order, from input through to invoicing (order submission, commencement of work, progress of work, completion, output inspection, presentation to the customer, invoicing)
Connection to the customer address book
Informing the customer of the order status by e-mail (SMS)
Finding out the status of an order via Internet interfacing

Print-outs of contracts and statements (corrigenda)
Reporting efficiency according to employee, groups of orders (pools), status, and progress
The option of administering particular types of request independently (e.g. by project or customer).
