TaskPool 2 now available to licensed users

On August 22nd we launched the new version of TaskPool 1.8 and HelpDesk 1.4. The new version offers the following improvements and handy tools: - fulltext search: searching for tasks not only by their number but also by the words used in comments or task names, incl. the use of advanced search with logical operators (AND, OR, NOT, ?, *, " "); - ascending and descending columns sorting: you can now sort tasks by their status, deadline, number or by the name of the person in charge just by clicking the top of the column; - complex help to using dynamic filters: now even a slightly IT educated user is able to create his or hers own dynamic filters. New parameter for including archived or not-archived tasks in filters!

A new version of TaskPool, version 1.7, has been available to existing customers since 6th February 2006.The following functions await you: dynamic filters, public/private records, and more. Given the increase in the functions of the system, we would like to inform you of a change in the licensing of Bellman Group products. We have simplified our licensing policy, but prices will remain highly competitive. The application is available to the rest of the market from 20th February onwards.

HelpDesk module 1.2 released

A “Company” data box has been added and the identification of the task submitter has been improved. We have now put together an entirely new solution for the administration of helpdesk requests. With the HelpDesk module you can receive requests from your customers via the online form or e-mails. The TaskPool application is set to migrate to entirely new hardware as of 14.5.2004. This change will principally bring you considerable improvements in terms of stability and security. The design is such that we are able to minimise failures and prevent the loss of data (e.g. mirrored disks, backup in another locality, etc.). At the same time, a new service organisation has taken the system under its administration. The aim is to ensure guaranteed care for the stability of the system. It is our belief that this measure will contribute to your even-greater satisfaction.

Order Book – a new TaskPool module

After only a month of operation of version 1.3, we now have version 1.4! In the new version we have concentrated mainly on the further consolidation of the role of Service Manager. JobPool renamed TaskPool

The JobPool brand will be replaced from version 1.4 onwards with the name of TASKPOOL. In this way we want to emphasise the principles of the system more clearly and more understandably. In work with requests, TaskPool is a strong competitor of groupware-type, much more complicated and robust systems.
