The HelpDesk module allows anyone to submit a request via the online form and your website or e-mail. Support workers then process the request in TaskPool. The customer is informed of the status of dealing with the request by e-mail and further communicates with the implementer with the help of Internet interfacing, as part of which he has a complete history of the request at his disposal.
